Where is the jewellery made?

All of our silver is handmade in Peru by some of the most skilled silversmiths in the country. These original designs are created by established Peruvian designers, some of whom design for actresses and TV presenters in Peru. These designers have their own unique style and use semi-precious stones and Peruvian silver, or Swarovski crystals and Peruvian silver.

Is INCA INSPIRATIONS jewellery exclusive?

Yes, our jewellery is exclusive to the UK.

What is Peruvian silver?

All INCA INSPIRATIONS jewellery is silver  and not silver plated. we use .950 Peruvian silver in most of our designs however sometimes artisans need to use sterling silver to achieve certain designs, in these designs this is noted in the product description.

In the UK to be considered sterling silver, an item must have a purity of .925 which is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. Our jewellery uses silver of a higher purity .950, which is 95% pure silver. As a result our jewellery is shinier and durable for life

What are the crystals?

Inca inspirations use a variety of crystals depending on the supplier and the design; this is specified in the description for every item. Many of the crystals used in INCA INSPIRATIONS range are imported from Swarovski, the world famous Austrian Crystal Company. For more information check our their website www.swarovski.com

How do I tell if something is in stock?

The stock status of every item is shown alongside the product detail.

How long does delivery take?

Items that are in stock will normally be despatched within 2 working days. Occasionally, at times of very high demand, it may take us up to 5 working days to process and despatch your order. If this is the case we will contact you and confirm the dispatch date. If you need your order by a specific date please tell us this by entering it in the "order comments, special requests" at checkout or by phone or email. We will do everything in our power to get your jewellery to you by your required date.

Outside of the UK, shipping time varies widely depending on the destination so the final arrival date will depend on the local postal network in your country, however in our experience orders arrive anywhere in the word within 7 working days of shipping confirmation

Are all duties paid for international orders?

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. These duties and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Can I get my jewellery gift-wrapped?

Yes you can, all the pieces are already packed in their own designer INCA INSPIRATIONS box, this is part of our standard service and it is free of charge.

However if you would like them hand wrapped this can be done for an additional cost of £5.00 per wrapped package. Simply add gift-wrapping as an option when you add the item to your shopping cart.

The £5.00 charge for gift-wrapping covers each package wrapped. So if you wish to combine 2 items (for example a choker & a pendant) simply add gift wrapping to one of the two items, and then tell us which items you want wrapped together using the additional information box at check out.

To add a gift card with a personal message, please specify the message in the additional information box at checkout. If no message is specified then no card will be included with the gift-wrapped item

How do I redeem my gift voucher?

You will have received your gift voucher in the form of an email with a unique code identifying you and the value of the voucher. Simply shop the site in the normal way, and when you checkout enter the unique voucher number on your account page. The value of your voucher will be deducted from the total value of the order.

You can use a gift voucher to cover either part or the full value of your order. You do not need to use the full value of your voucher in one go. Any balance remaining on the voucher will remain as a credit to you & can be used at a later date (within the one year validity period of the voucher).

How will my order be posted?

If you are ordering from within the UK you have a choice during checkout to choose either recorded delivery or special delivery. Both will require a signature when delivered, special delivery will be guarenteed next day delivery and insured to the value of 500 pounds.

Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address from my invoice address?

If you know you will not be at home to sign for the parcel, or you want to send your parcel to someone else, just enter an alternative delivery address at checkout.

Can I return something if I don't like it?

Yes you can as long as the items are in perfect condition and unworn, a full refund less postage will be credited by the payment method used by the purchaser. You will need to notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the item to us in its original state with all packaging intact and we will then refund you or arrange a replacement.
