Delivery
1) All items supplied by Inca Inspirations Ltd will be sent on a signed for basis, in the UK this being Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery.
2) Delivery charges (where applicable) will be applied accordingly during the checkout stage of purchase. These charges will vary depending on the value of the total order and shipping destination, at no time will delivery charges be applied after checkout has been completed.
Returns & refunds
1) If you cancel this contract you will need to notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the item to us in its original state with all packaging intact. Provided that we received the goods in the condition they were in when delivered to you then we will re-credit you’re your charge card with the amount debited from your order for the goods in question as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of you cancelling the contract.
Due to health and safety legislation earrings can’t be returned if worn.
2) If you cancel the contract and then you receive the goods you must not unpack them from the packaging but must immediately send them back to us.
3) All items returned to Inca Inspirations Ltd should be sent by “signed for” delivery such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Costs incurred for returning goods to Inca Inspirations Ltd will only be refunded where goods have been supplied as faulty. Goods being returned due to being incorrectly ordered will not have postage costs refunded by Inca Inspirations Ltd.
4) Inca Inspirations Ltd will not accept items for return which are more than 14 days old from date of purchase.
5) Items that have been damaged through misuse will not be considered for return.
6) Items for return should be securely packaged with a clear description as to the nature of the fault and returned in the original packaging in which they were supplied.
7) If you do not return the goods within 14 days we will contact you. If we have to collect them from you we will deduct any costs we incur in recovering the goods from your payment to you prior to re-crediting your charged card.

9) We recommend sending the goods via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit. We are not responsible for returning goods lost during transit back to us.
10) Refunds for gifts can only be made to the payment card used to buy the jewellery. If the recipient wishes to return the jewellery we will exchange it for a voucher to the value of the gift within 14 days. This can be spent on the www.incainspirations.co.uk website.

Inca Inspirations Ltd cannot guarantee that items supplied will be absolutely identical to items previously supplied. Inca Inspirations Ltd will use its best endeavours to ensure that items supplied match product descriptions. Not withstanding the above, no representation or warranty is given as to the accuracy or completeness of information given. In particular customers using the web site to order product should note that due to colour disparities between different computer screens there may be perceived colour variations between items shown on the web site and those supplied.

3) Queries and problems through use of the web site, should in the first instance be put to Inca Inspirations Ltd, if you are not happy with the response you should then contact your credit/debit card provider.
4) Inca Inspirations Ltd must receive payment in full before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and stock is checked, we will send you an e-mail receipt confirming your order.
5) In exceptional circumstances, of we are not able to fulfil an order, which we have accepted, your credit card will be credited with the original prices and we will notify you by e-mail.
Law
1) The terms and conditions and all disclaimers and other materials on this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and all disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to which all parties shall submit.

Purchase of products
1) The placing of a product on our website is an invitation to accept offers for such product and it is not an offer to sell at the listed price nor it is biding on us. We are under no obligation to accept your order (whether the order or not has been confirmed and the credit card been charged)
2) In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will notify you of the correct price by e-mail and will give you the choice of either purchasing the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you confirm you want the product at the corrected price we will deliver the product to you. If payment has been charged for the purchase and you cancel your order we will, on return of the Product (if the product has been sent out) immediately issue a refund.
