Inca Inspirations offer a very competitive wholesale facility to those customers wishing to sell on our products using their own retail outlets. This facility is only available to customers meeting the following requirements;
Minimum Order Value
£250.00 for 30-day account customers
(Introductory offer available on a Pro-Forma Invoice basis)
Wholesale Delivery Charges
Carriage costs are based on goods value and are as follows;
(£250 - £350) UK Delivery charge £7.50
(£350 - £500) UK Delivery charge £10.50
(£500 - £750) UK Delivery charge £12.50
(£750+) FREE UK Delivery
Credit Terms
Inca Inspirations offer a 30-day account facility for those customers satisfying a relevant credit score report.
Payment of accounts is strictly 30 days net from date of invoice
Inca Inspirations retains title to the goods until full settlement has been received and the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
Placing Orders
An order can be sent directly to us via email/fax/phone where we will enter this on to our system and then acknowledge back price and delivery confirmation.
Payment
Payment can be made securely online through our website using all major credit & debit cards. Paypal can also be accepted (please contact us for details)
Cheques should be made payable to Inca Inspirations Ltd and sent to our registered address.
Packaging
Individual Inca Inspirations branded packaging is not included with wholesale orders, however can be purchased at additional cost. POA

Our jewellery is Hallmarked
Returns
Any items subject to transit damage or discrepancies must be notified to us within 7 days from date of invoice and will then be replaced free of charge.
Stockists
You the customer, would be responsible for the carriage charges. We do not allow Stockists to resell on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, Dwanda or any auction sites, including market stalls. You may however, display our products at jewellery Fayres and Wedding exhibitions agreed by written consent with INCA INSPIRATIONS. Any trader found selling our products on any auction sites will not be trading in line with our Terms & Conditions and will be subject to legal action.

Web Site Sellers
Website sellers take orders from the FREE Images we supply to your website. The website seller submits a Sales Invoice including delivery charges and customer contact details by Email to INCA INSPIRATIONS.
INCAINSPIRATIONS will invoice the Web site seller minus their 25% commission. INCA INSPIRATIONS will arrange delivery directly to your customer on your behalf making it hassle free for you the web site seller.
All prices include our beautiful designer boxes with an option of a personalized message.
We have no jurisdiction over what you sell them for, but you are not permitted to sell cheaper than INCA INSPIRATIONS - All our products are individually handcrafted and are subject to availability.
